If the moisture is too low, the formed rate of the pressed particles is low, and the moisture of the raw materials should be appropriately adjusted.

3. The die wear speed of the feed pellet machine is very fast, which is mainly due to the too tight pressure of the bolt, which leads to excessive pressure of the grinding disc during the granulation process, and the mold wear is intensified. In this case, the bolt should be adjusted in this case to reduce the pressure on the mold.
